Training for the week:
Sunday – Nothing
Monday – Nothing
Tuesday – Swim 2000 yards, run 2.25 miles in 19 mins (woot!)
Wednedsay – Ride in trainer 30 mins
Thursday – nothing
Friday – help! It’s not too late to sort of salvage the week but it’s getting close – very close! ACK!

Thur – nothing
Fri – swim 2500
Sat – walk 3 miles
tomorrow – still time to salvage.
I clocked 3 hours of training after 6 days of this week.
Can’t we just be popular? Why do we have to work and get all tired and stuff? I don’t want my ask kicked!
