I would have never started running if not for my friends. Talking? they do most of it, I’m busy gasping for air, I’ll get there.

“Running as something you have to do to get from T2 to the finish line…” Boy, you really have transitioned into a triathlete, haven’t you?

Is this your third Nike half? I tried to get into the half this year, but didn’t win the lottery. So I’m training for the Big Sur/Monterey Bay half, which is beautiful but no Tiffany medal.

I am pretty positive that I would never even have run my first half-marathon if it hadn’t been for running with friends!
