We Interrupt this Travelogue for a Very Important Announcement

My first born – my little baby girl – very own Humbly Anne is

Drum roll please…….

Getting Married!

That’s right. I will soon be 21stCenturyMotherInLaw to a very wonderful man who I like very much and who, more importantly, adores this beautiful young woman

And who could blame him? Smart guy, non? Yes. He is smart and kind and fun and handsome and funny and cute I couldn’t be happier for my little girl, who isn’t such a little girl any more.

Don’t they make an adorable couple?

Pookie will be standing up with her sister and already has a great relationship with the soon to be Mr. Humbly Anne

We are having a ton ‘o fun planning the wedding which will be focused not on being fancy, but on celebrating this momentous occasion and having fun. The money saved not trying to out-do the Joneses may be spent on more champagne because as we all know

and Humbly Anne knows I love to dance

The big day will be March 31st.
